Caitlyn Clibbon

Caitlyn Clibbon is a Public Policy Analyst at Disability Rights Florida. Her policy work focuses primarily on issues relating to children, mental health, and criminal justice. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work and Law degrees from Florida State University. Prior to joining Disability Rights Florida, Caitlyn provided free legal representation to children through the Florida State University Public Interest Law Center in the areas of healthcare, education, juvenile delinquency, and foster care related matters. She has always been a passionate and proud advocate for the civil rights of individuals of all ages, particularly the right to be free from abuse, violence, discrimination, and institutionalization.
